In Plants We Trust
Mayfair, Wander Art

With the outdoor gallery trail throughout the streets of Mayfair & Belgravia called ‘In Plants We Trust’, Yinka Ilori celebrates the nature that is contained within our cities. In cities, one often gets immersed in the hecticness of people’s lives and forgets the nature that exists around us. The installation is to serve the purpose of reminding people about the beauty that plants encapsulate, in both a visual and organic aspect. Ilori created a shrine for the plants that promote health and well-being among Londoners.

The project was curated by Alter Projects.
